Meet Callum Munro-Faure

Callum is a horticultural consultant with a strong background in practical horticulture, plant knowledge, and sustainable landscape practices, including training through the Royal Horticultural Society at Wisley.

Callum started his career at 17 when driven by his passion he started an apprenticeship working at a prestigious private school in Surrey. He then went on to obtain his RHS Level 2, 3 and 4 before working at RHS Wisley looking after the Tropical glasshouse for 5 years. He then worked as a head gardener for multiple private estates and in 2026 he founded Doodlebug Botanical.

His work focuses on helping clients create healthy, resilient, and visually impactful outdoor spaces through informed planting, horticultural expertise, and practical long-term solutions. He works across residential and commercial projects, offering consultancy on plant selection, planting schemes, garden development, and plant health.

Alongside consultancy work, Callum has a particular interest in ornamental and tropical planting, sustainable horticulture, and the relationship between planting design and environmental resilience.

He enjoys collaborating with homeowners, landscape professionals, designers, and property developers to deliver thoughtful and sustainable horticultural outcomes.
